Are your wedding plans getting you down? Have a ‘No Wedding Day’!

Are you knee deep or for that matter body deep in wedding stuff that it’s beginning to get overwhelming? If you are, then it’s time to give yourself a time out, and have a ‘No Wedding Day’!  Yup! It means you need to have a day that is absolutely free of anything wedding related.

Take a day off and go to a spa. Heck, have a day of watching marathons on TV, or read a very good book from start to finish!  The point is to just shut out everything wedding and just recharge and realign yourself.

There’s nothing like a spa day to help you unwind, relax and re-group. Getting a massage can literally massage away the stress that comes with planning a wedding, even if only for a couple of days. You can see why every bride-to-be needs a bridal massage here.

OR better yet, you can meditate, do some yoga or have a spa day at home alone, or with a friend. Remember, discussing the upcoming wedding is OFF LIMITS. See how to give yourself a relaxing and fun mani-pedi here.

For a real effortless relaxing and re-charging day, have a detoxifying soak in the bath with some bath goodies while listening to some soft music and just  SWITCH OFF.

Okay, it doesn’t get rid of all the planning woes, but it really will do you a whole world of good, and get you fresh and refocused, so that you can enjoy the process of planning your wedding.
