DIY Spa Treatment: Blueberry and oatmeal treatment.

This is a great recipe that can be used as a mask and a scrub. It is made with natural ingredients that can be found in your kitchen, or are readily available in a grocery store.

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon of oatmeal
1/4 Cup of ripe blueberries
1 Tablespoon of whole milk
1 Tablespoon of honey

Add all the above ingredients into a bowl, mash with a fork and mix together. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk until you get your desired consistency.

How to use:
Apply to cleansed face using finger tips or a facial brush. Leave on for 5 minutes, then exfoliate using gentle circular motions. Rinse off with warm water or clean off with a warm moist towel.
