This is a simple yet decadent and relaxing foot soak that you can make easily at home. It’s also one that you can treat yourself too, right after your wedding day especially if you’ve been wearing a pair of heels for the better part of the day and your feet are screaming in pain!
All you need is a bowl big enough for both feet, and the following ingredients:
– 2 Tablespoons Epsom salts: Detoxifies and eases away tension. It also helps to reduce swelling
– 2 Teaspoons Sodium bicarbonate: Soothes and cleanses the skin
– 1/2 cup Whole milk liquid or 1 Tablespoon powder (optional): Conditions and moiturizes the skin
– A few Rose petals
