Feeling tired and stressed?

Every once in a while, have a relaxing soak in the bath. It relaxes the body and mind as it eases away tension.

Run your bath with warm water, add your preffered product. Some examples are given below:

Milk baths – made with whole milk, coconut milk or other powder which soothes and moisturizes the skin.

Salt soaks – made with nourishing and detoxifying salts like Epsom salts, Himalayan salts, Dead Sea salts or a mixture.

Bath oils – made with nourishing oils which are moisturizing and nourishing.

Bubble baths – they can be gels, liquids or powders which help to cleanse the skin.

Essential oils – there are a wide range of essential oils which can be used for a range of therapeutic uses.

Play some soothing music, shut your eyes and shut out the world for while………
