Did you get engaged?
From the moment you announce that you’re engaged, you have to be ready to display that gorgeous rock of yours. And that means that your hands and nails need to be in tip top shape. Right?
On your wedding day, your groom gets to join the party and display his ring as well!
Your hands and nails are going to be on full display and they need to look perfect. To look perfect, they need to be pampered and nurtured to get them to a healthy state.
Steps to perfect looking hands
Cleanse – Wash your hands to cleanse and get rid of build up of dirt and grime, dry hands using a soft hand towel which is gentle on the skin.
Moisturize – Use a nourishing cream or lotion every time you wash your hands, to replace oils that get stripped out of the skin after washing. The moisturizer adds nourishing ingredients and also helps to soften and increase the elasticity of the skin leaving it supple.
Exfoliate – After cleansing, use a scrub or other exfoliant weekly. This helps to get rid of dead skin cells and allows new healthy skin cells to grow.
Condition and detoxify – After your weekly exfoliation, apply a mask. This helps to detoxify by removing dirt and toxins from the skin, conditions and nourishes by introducing nutrients and other goodies to the skin.
Nourish the nails and cuticles with a serum – After conditioning the hands, massage a tiny amount of serum into the nails and cuticle to nourish, moisturize and strengthen to reveal beautiful nails. Apply a moisturizer after this stage.
