Drinking water can be fun!


 I can’t begin to list all the benefits of water, but it is safe to say that it is vital for all known forms of  life.

While this glass of water looks very refreshing, drinking the recommended 6 to 8 glasses of water in this state seems a lot like punishment to me and maybe a few other people.

But this,  Mmmm, now this looks delicious and refreshing!

I stumbled onto this SPA WATER site and I’m thinking drinking water is soon going to become more tasty and fun. I really like the idea of adding all of the different fruits and botanicals to the water.

It not only helps to create variety, but you also get the added benefits of the natural vitamins and minerals which have seeped into the water, which adds to keeping you healthy and hydrated.

Soooooo, I’m not saying don’t drink some good old plain water, but maybe mix it up a bit to make it fun for everyone.
